I've been a real estate junkie my whole life. I started drawing floorplans when I was a kid playing with my toy cars and trucks, I'd make whole cities and draw the houses where I lived and offices where I worked.
I flipped my first house when I was still in college and then went to work as a contractor and construction project manager. I've built a $50 million dollar industrial facility and I've flipped dozens of single family houses.
In 2008, I became a property manager in San Francisco and since then I have leased literally thousands of rent-controlled apartments and worked with dozens of building owners. Currently I manage a portfolio of about 25 residential buildings with over 750 individual units.
